The deadline to enter AI-AP’s Latin American Fotografía and Ilustración 5 photography and illustration competition is June 3.
American Illustration and American Photography (AI-AP) are now accepting submissions for their fifth annual Latin American Fotografía and Ilustración competition. The event seeks to honor the best work being created today in Latin America.
Winning work will be presented in a gallery exhibit to be titled “Los Diez” at AI-AP’s Big Talk Symposium in November 2016, along with a printed catalog of the show. The event is one of the most anticipated networking events of the year for photographers, illustrators, and creatives.
“Los Diez” will then travel to selected venues in Latin America and finally to Photoville 2017 in Brooklyn, NY.
The work will also be included in select art and design print publications in Latin America, and in an online gallery on ai-ap.com with each artist’s name, contact, caption information, and creative credits. One lucky winner will receive a free workshop at Escuela de Fotografía Motivarte in Argentina.
Work made by Latin American photographers, foreign photographers working in Latin America, or on any Latin American subject is eligible to be submitted in any one of several categories including editorial, advertising, books, posters, packaging, fine art, and student.
The deadline to apply is June 3. For complete rules and to submit go to www.ai-ap.com/cfe/latin/.
