In this workshop, you’ll take your iPhoneography skills to the next level while exploring the creative possibilities of the mobile processing workflow with an emphasis on refining both your vision and technique to create beautifully artistic images.
Digital imaging expert and popular workshop instructor Seán Duggan will cover the essentials you need to know to get the most out of your iPhone or smartphone camera. (This workshop will be taught from an iPhone/iPad-centric perspective but many of the concepts and apps featured in this workshop are equally applicable to Android mobile devices.)
Topics to be covered include capture techniques for exposure blending, using slow shutter speeds, panorama stitching, the best photo apps for image processing, and how to use textures, re-coloring, and gradients to create mood or establish a personal style.

Instructor Bio: Seán Duggan is a fine art photographer, author, educator, and an Adobe Certified Photoshop Expert with extensive experience in both the traditional and digital darkrooms. Through his writing and teaching, he has been helping photographers master digital photography and digital darkroom techniques for over 15 years. He is on the faculty of the MPS Digital Photography program at the School of Visual Arts in New York, has authored several online photography courses for Lynda.com, and leads creative photography and processing workshops in a variety of locations around the country. He is the co-author of Photoshop Masking & Compositing, Real World Digital Photography, The Creative Digital Darkroom, and Photoshop Artistry.
