French photographer Henri Cartier-Bresson was considered a master of candid photography. He pioneered the genre of street photography, and viewed photography as capturing a decisive moment. Cartier-Bresson was one of the founding members of Magnum Photos in 1947, along with Robert Capa, David Seymour, William Vandivert and George Rodger.

Presenter Bio

A seasoned traveler and fine art photographer, Jeffrey Martz earned his MFA in photography from Utah State University in 1997. He has taught photography, bookbinding, and art history for over 20 years, and currently teaches at Sir Francis Drake High School in San Anselmo, CA.
