We’re excited to announce the next Photo of the Month contcst–Dark!
Submission is free and only images uploaded this month are eligible. Each photographer can submit up to 5 images that align with the monthly theme. Beyond being featured in our gallery, newsletter, and bragging rights, the winner will receive a 16×20 giclée paper print. The moral of the story – upload awesome images every month!
The Image Flow will evaluate each submission on composition, color, contrast, and overall quality when selecting. In addition to technical components, we will also consider subject interest, point of view, and whether the image tells a story.
Under this month’s theme of Dark, the competition is open to professional and amateur photographers globally.
DARK
With Halloween lurking around the corner, this photo of the month challenge seeks photographs that use darkness as a key concept and driving force in an image.
By definition, darkness is a partial or total absence of light. Figuratively, it can be used to represent a force of wickedness or even great mystery.
Submit up to 5 photographs that photographically capture your best representation of the key concept – Dark.
This call is open to all artists worldwide, both amateur and professional.
All entries must be original works of art and entirely the work of the entrant. Open to photography mediums (film, digital, alternative process, printmaking, digital art) except film/video & mixed media.
