with Scott Strazzante

Interested in street photography, but not sure where to start?

Join award-winning photojournalist Scott Strazzante in this iPhone Street Photography course capturing the colorful spirit of San Francisco’s Chinatown during the Chinese New Year Parade. Students will meet for a discussion of the origins of street photography, reviewing tools and techniques. During the event, our crew will traverse the parade route, creating a visual narration of the celebration as they go.

A group critique at The Image Flow will occur two weeks later, allowing time for edits and printing. The instructor is available 1:1 via email to receive and discuss selections prior to critique. Students will also receive a copy of Strazzante’s latest book, Shooting from the Hip.
